Identity guidelines / v1.0
Vantage
A studio that designs, builds, and runs exhibition booths and summit spaces. The identity is calm, exact, and built around one idea: the best view of the room.
01Essence
Idea
A vantage point is the place you stand to see everything clearly. Every booth and floor plan we make gives visitors and organisers that place.
Personality
Precise, unhurried, practical. We sound like the project lead who has done this at forty venues, not like a brochure.
Promise
One team from concept to teardown. What we draw is what gets built, and it looks the same on day three as on opening morning.
02Logo
The mark is a V that frames a single point. The wordmark is Vantage in Bricolage Grotesque 800, sentence case. Use the lockup by default and the mark alone when space is tight (favicon, social avatar, stamps).
Clear space
Keep a margin equal to the height of the dot diameter times two on every side. Minimum lockup width is 96 px on screen and 24 mm in print.
Misuse
- Do not stretch, rotate, or outline the mark.
- Do not recolour the dot. It is always Iris on dark, Midnight on light.
- Do not place the mark on busy imagery without a Midnight scrim.
- Do not set the wordmark in any font other than Bricolage Grotesque 800.
03Colour
Midnight and Bone carry about 90 percent of every layout. Iris marks what is interactive. Beacon appears once per view at most, for a single highlight. All pairings below meet WCAG AA for the sizes shown.
#0B1020RGB 11, 16, 3216.3:1 with Bone#060913RGB 6, 9, 1917.5:1 with Bone#F1EEE6RGB 241, 238, 23016.3:1 with Midnight#98A0B3RGB 152, 160, 1797.2:1 on Midnight#8B7BFFRGB 139, 123, 2555.7:1 with Midnight#FFC857RGB 255, 200, 8712.3:1 with Midnight04Type
Three families, all free on Google Fonts. Headlines and the wordmark are sentence case, never all caps, never below weight 700. Body copy stays in Instrument Sans.
Built to be seen.
We design, build, and run exhibition booths and summit spaces from the first sketch to the last teardown.

05Layout and motion
Grid
12 columns, max width 1600 px, 4 vw side margin. Space in multiples of 8 px. Generous empty space is part of the look.
Frames
Thin 1 px Bone lines at 16 percent opacity divide sections. Depth comes from layered parallax and light, never from decorative bars or borders.
Motion
Slow and eased: 500 to 700 ms, cubic-bezier(.65, 0, .35, 1). Reveal on scroll, wipe between pages. Respect reduced motion by removing movement, keeping fades.
Imagery
Real build photography first: wide, level, shot from the aisle a visitor would stand in. Concept work uses clean 3D renders on Midnight, never stock people in suits. Every image gets alt text describing the space.
06Voice
Plain words, concrete numbers, short sentences. Say what we build and for whom. Skip superlatives. Never use em dashes.
Say
We build the stand and run it on show day.
Nine metres, four open sides, one demo stage.
Tell us the dates and the venue.
Avoid
We provide end-to-end holistic exhibition solutions.

07Components
Buttons
Primary is Iris with Midnight text. Ghost is a Bone outline. Focus shows a 2 px Iris ring with 3 px offset. Disabled drops to 40 percent opacity.
Links and form fields
Fields sit on a 1 px Bone line at 16 percent. Error text uses the alert red #FF6B6B with an icon, never colour alone.
